ESI’s Service Department is absolutely dedicated to providing the finest service in the HVAC industry.
We unconditionally stand behind the systems we install – and are always available if issues should arise. In fact, our Service Technicians are available 24-hours a day for emergency service. We also offer preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of all types. Service contacts are available for maximum security.
To keep our Service Technicians trained and licensed on all HVAC systems, ESI operates a comprehensive in-house training program. We offer an accredited Apprenticeship Program, license preparation programs, and continuing education programs for licensed technicians. All our Service Technicians participate in this training, have experience in all HVAC systems and appropriate licenses in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
