ESI’s HVAC Service and maintenance Department is absolutely dedicated to providing the finest service in the HVAC industry for our clients located in MA, RI, CT, ME, NH, and VT.

We unconditionally stand behind the systems we install – and are always available if issues should arise. We offer emergency service and preventive maintenance on HVAC - heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of all types. Service contracts are available for maximum security.

Our highly trained, qualified and dependable Service team will ensure you realize these advantages with:

  • 24/7 emergency service: ESI is available for emergency service and can provide all labor, travel, parts, and materials - twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Three convenient locations: Our locations in Attleboro, MA, Chelmsford, MA, and Warwick, RI enable us to serve the southern New England area more efficiently.   The ability to dispatch technicians and stock critical parts at each location improves response times in emergency situations.
  • Experienced Technicians: To keep our Service Technicians trained and licensed on all HVAC systems, ESI operates a comprehensive in-house training program. We offer an accredited Apprenticeship Program, license preparation programs, and continuing education programs for licensed technicians. All of our Service Technicians participate in this training, have experience in all HVAC systems, and have appropriate licenses in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
  • Personal Account Executive:  You can have peace of mind knowing that you have a contact at ESI that understands your system and needs.  Your Account Executive will be there to oversee your Preventative Maintenance agreement and to help with any proposals or quotes you may need.
  • In-house Engineering: ESI has a highly trained and specialized engineering department dedicated to the design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.  Our engineering team includes a registered Professional Engineer/LEED AP and a CAD drafting/design team.
