ESI is a complete mechanical contracting and engineering firm specializing in design, installation, and service of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We serve commercial, institutional, industrial, and advanced technical clients. Over the course of our first 30 years in business, as our clients needs and our industry’s offerings have changed, we have expanded and refined our services. Today, we handle virtually every aspect of a project in-house. This gives us the highest level control of quality, scheduling, and budget.

- Pre-Construction Services, with a complete sales and design team available to develop rapid and accurate conceptual design & budgeting.
- In-House Engineering, a true design entity, including a registered Professional Engineer and a CAD drafting/design team.
- Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop, with dedicated mechanics supported by a large warehouse.
- Construction Management Department, with experienced, client-focused project managers and highly-trained mechanics.
- Control Capabilities, with complete in-house design and development of custom HVAC control systems.
- Start-Up Department, a department dedicated to quality control and system commissioning.
- Service Department, providing preventive maintenance, full service contracts, and 24-hour emergency service, with dedicated, licensed service technicians.
