ESI is a complete mechanical contracting and engineering firm specializing in design, installation, and service of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for clients located in MA, RI, CT, ME, NH, and VT. We serve commercial, institutional, industrial, and advanced technical clients. Over the course of our first 35 years in business, as our clients needs and our industry’s offerings have changed, we have expanded and refined our services. Today, we handle virtually every aspect of a project in-house. This gives us the highest level control of quality, scheduling, and budget.

Our in-house capabilities include:

• Pre-Construction Services, with a complete sales and design team available to develop rapid and accurate conceptual design & budgeting.
• Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop, with dedicated mechanics supported by a large warehouse.
• Construction Management Department, with experienced, client-focused project managers and highly-trained mechanics.
• Start-Up Department, a department dedicated to quality control wiring and system commissioning.
