ESI was founded in 1974 as a full service mechanical contracting & engineering firm specializing in HVAC systems and service. From the beginning Robert Elliott and Richard LaPorte were dedicated to exceeding clients’ needs and expectations. The principles on which they built the company remain its driving force today. Every member of our firm – from engineer to technician, administrator to senior management – is committed to client satisfaction. We specialize in construction and service for commercial buildings, laboratories, health care & medical diagnostic facilities, and institutional facilities of every type. To keep pace with our clients’ evolving requirements, we have continually developed cutting-edge capabilities, added new departments, and expanded services. While building our company, we have built long term relationships with both our staff and our clients. Most of our department heads have been with the company for 20+ years. Many of our clients have been with us even longer.
